Meet Kate
I help women with autoimmune issues like MS, identify the root cause of their symptoms. The body wants to heal and by giving it the support it needs, you can break free from sugar cravings, ease autoimmune symptoms, and finally achieve the lasting energy you’ve been searching for.
My journey into nutritional therapy really began with my own health
I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2010…
and over the years I tried so many different approaches to manage my symptoms.
What I discovered is that using food as medicine has been the most powerful way to improve my health and keep my MS under control along with reducing many symptoms.
For a long time, I was always being told what I shouldn’t have
which left me feeling restricted, frustrated, and like nothing ever worked long-term.
The real difference came when I shifted my focus to what I could add in - more wholefoods, more nourishment, more of the things that actually support the body. Once I started working on my gut health in this way, I noticed bigger changes: my energy lifted, my symptoms calmed, and I finally felt more in control of my health.
I also believe in supporting the body through simple, everyday lifestyle practices
backed by research but rooted in going back to basics
That means reducing stress, spending time outdoors, daily movement, and even simple breathing techniques.
These practices not only calm the nervous system, but they also help us digest our food better - and they’re tools I’ll guide you through as part of your journey too.
That’s why I retrained as a Nutritional Therapist
so I could help other women with MS or autoimmune conditions experience that same shift.
Now I support women who feel stuck in the cycle of fatigue, poor sleep and cravings, guiding them with practical, gentle steps that bring balance back.
My approach isn’t about punishment or restriction - it’s about identifying the root cause of the issues, adding more of the good stuff in and creating the space for real transformation to happen.
Kate believes in focusing on nourishment rather than restriction
supporting women with autoimmune conditions, like MS to heal from the inside out, ease symptoms, and feel more like themselves again. Her food first approach uses the latest scientific testing alongside simple lifestyle shifts to address the root cause of symptoms.
