Each DNA report includes an hour’s consultation with Kate along with a report showing how you can best support your body with nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
The tests are done by taking a cheek swab and placing it in the test tube provided. This is then posted to the laboratory with your consent form to assess. You are able to select different types of DNA tests from nutrition to detoxification - see the options below.
Nutrient Core Report
Nutrient Core Report is a great way of seeing how your body reacts to different foods such as caffeine, gluten and dairy.
This report analyses key genes and genetic variants (SNPs) across 15 essential areas of health. It explores individual responses to foods such as gluten, lactose, and caffeine; microbiome diversity; vitamin absorption, conversion, and activation; and metabolic pathways including appetite regulation, sugar and fat metabolism, blood pressure balance, circadian rhythm, and inflammation.
Methylation Report
Methylation is a key process that supports energy, hormone balance, mood, detoxification, and DNA protection. When it’s not working efficiently, it can affect many areas of health.
This may show up as fatigue, brain fog, mood changes or anxiety, hormone imbalance, sleep issues, or reduced stress resilience.
The Methylation DNA Report looks at key genes involved in methylation and how well your body activates nutrients such as folate and vitamin B12. Your personalised report explains how your genetics may be influencing this process and provides practical nutrition and lifestyle guidance to support energy, mood, hormones, and detoxification.
This report is ideal if you’re experiencing low energy, hormonal changes, anxiety, poor sleep, or want to optimise health at a cellular level.
Hormones Report
This report is especially helpful for women experiencing hormonal symptoms and is highly recommended during peri-menopause and menopause. Hormone imbalance can show up in many ways, including changes in mood, energy, weight, libido, skin, and menstrual health.
The Hormones Report explores how your genes influence the balance of key steroid and sex hormones. It looks at hormone production, regulation, transport, and metabolism, and explains how genetic variations can contribute to imbalance. Nervous System Report
This report explores how your genes influence the health and balance of your nervous system. It looks at key neurotransmitters and hormones involved in mood, motivation, sleep, and stress resilience — including serotonin, dopamine, melatonin, cortisol, adrenaline, noradrenaline, and GABA.
You’ll gain insight into how your body responds to stress and stimulation, and what may affect feelings such as anxiety, overwhelm, restlessness, or poor sleep. Detoxification Report
This report explores how your genes influence the body’s natural detoxification pathways (Phases I, II, and III). It looks at how efficiently you process substances such as alcohol, hormones, caffeine, neurotransmitters, medications, and everyday environmental exposures including pesticides, mould, air pollution, and toxins from smoked or burnt foods.
