Chocolate Rolo Treats
Guilt free treat!
These chocolates are filled with goodness from the fibre in the dates to the antioxidants & magnesium in the dark chocolate! Perfect with your cuppa after lunch!
These are simple to make and you’ll just need an ice tray or mould (I bought mine on Amazon).
Recipe:
90g dark chocolate
8-10 mejool dates
Method:
Melt a cup of dark chocolate and pour into mould or ice tray
Chill in fridge & allow to set for 10-15 minutes
Chop Mejool dates (taking out the stones) & put 1/2 a date in centre of chocolate moulds, leaving enough room for extra chocolate
Pour remaining chocolate over the dates…chill and enjoy!
