Healthy never tasted so good!

Eating salmon, mackerel or sardines 3 to 4 times a week helps support our brain health!

I love salmon a couple of times a week as it’s rich in omega 3’s which is amazing for brain health!

This super green veggie dish is also packed with phytoestrogens to help detox & balance oestrogen - especially helpful in perimenopause!

Edamame beans are KING as they are very high in both protein, fibre & phytoestrogens.

Recipe:

  • Lettuce & spinach

  • Courgettes, broccoli & edamame beans

  • Grilled salmon

Method:

  • Chop the lettuce and add spinach

  • Stir fry courgette and broccoli in olive oil

  • Boil frozen edamame beans

  • Grill the salmon

  • Add everything to a plate and pour over the spicy sauce.

Spicy sauce recipe:

  • 2 tbls olive oil & 2 tbls coconut aminos (or soy) - mix

  • 1 tbls miso paste

  • 1 tsp chilli flakes

Method:

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix with a small whisk or fork until smooth.
