Berry Protein Shake
Quick, healthy & delicious!
This high fibre & high protein shake never disappoints!
Packed with 30g protein & 14g fibre this will fill you up till lunchtime. Great to take to work or to enjoy at home, this takes the hassle out of mornings.
Recipe:
1 cup coconut milk (Rude/Plenish)
1/2 blueberries & raspberries
1 scoop of collagen
5g creatine (optional)
2 scoops of protein
1 scoop of magnesium powder (optional)
1 tbls chia seeds
2 tbls flaxseeds
Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
